We handcraft dulce de leche the traditional way by simmering milk, cream and organic sugar for 10 hours. This slow method produces a silky, smooth texture and a deep caramel flavour. 

Eat it with your favorite baked goods like bread, cake, pancakes, waffles, crepes and cookies. It's also great with fruit, nuts and ice cream. You may add it to your coffee or just eat it by the spoonful.
